A useful demonstration is not an operational service

A demonstration proves that a technical approach can produce an interesting result. It does not prove that the organisation can supply suitable data, operate the capability, manage exceptions or remain accountable for its use.

The model is one part of the capability

AI delivery becomes credible when model development is connected to the platform, data, security, assurance, integration and service decisions that determine whether it can be used. Those dependencies need one executable delivery position.

Human review is an operating control

Automated assessment can reduce the volume presented to people, but it must not hide where judgement sits. Relevant items should be surfaced for human review, with clear ownership for exceptions and the final operational decision.
